Disappointing My service have been a very long process. It’s been months with the same problem. I have not been able to run my business correctly for a long time. I am now in a very bad spot in my life because of the situation with my truck. I keep having the same problems. I am a small business. My truck is putting me out of business. I feel when you have a on going problem you should not have to wait a week each time to get it back in the shop. I have purchased several trucks from charrper in the past. I am very disappointed in the management currently in place. I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future if this situation does not put me out of business. Currently I am fixing my own truck,after taking a day off and bringing to you just to be disappointed. oh yea I love that I endured 4600.00 of tow bills to have my equipment towed off the road several times.
