The service manager, Dave Thompson, was outstanding. I had some initial problems: the original person I dealt with did not call to schedule my appointment-when I came for my appt. to get my tires on, th I had some initial problems: the original person I dealt with did not call to schedule my appointment-when I came for my appt. to get my tires on, they had sold my tires-after selecting an alternative tire, it took two and one half hours to mount four tires-they. broke the sensor on one of my wheels-I had to make another appt. to replace the sensor. Throughout this process, Dave was considerate and thoughtful - none of this was his fault. He went out of his way to make this right. He was the reason I was pleased with the service. More
