Minus missing a plastic screw clip for the plastic air filter cover, and having the battery terminal cover still hanging off. It was a good oil change, and tire rotation. I've been going to Burnsville Toyota for many years. Sean was good to inform me about submitting the repair as an insurance claim - something I had not considered. While I would've liked to have been kept informed of the status of my repair, rather than me having to check up on the dealership and my parts order for the repair, they were able to get me in quickly. The only hiccup was having to return to the dealership for a follow-up after the repair was completed because a sensor was not connected when the parts were put back together. More
