I called in to set an appointment for service and asked the advisor if I could drop my vehicle off and get a loaner car since I was having repairs done that were covered under warranty. I was informed tha the advisor if I could drop my vehicle off and get a loaner car since I was having repairs done that were covered under warranty. I was informed that Burnsville Toyota does not have loaner cars by the advisor a couple of different times. I then opted to wait for my repair to be done and was quoted about an hour and a half. Without a single status update my vehicle was finally finished 3 hours and 15 minutes later. During that time the advisor I was working with, Mike, came out to talk with another customer about her car that the technician was having an issue with and was taking longer than expected, which is understandable and would have been nice to get a status update myself. Also since her car was taking longer than expected the advisor offered her a "loaner car" to use so she could get to work. Again this is the same advisor I was working with that told me that they do not have loaner cars for customers to use. I feel like I was lied to and treated unfairly. This was a very poor and disappointing experience and service from a professional establishment. More

I was so offended by our experience that I had to write a review We bought a vehicle from Burnsville Toyota a week ago and found out the sales associate lied to us. They have no interest in working with you after they've sold you a vehicle. The lie cost us $1,200. Including other frustrations, we also found out they hadn't cleaned the car effectively, hadn't taken care of the dents or scratches, hadn't placed the 21 day license in the window, and didn't provide us with two key remotes for the vehicle (the smell inside the vehicle is overbearing). We have been back to this dealer 6 times in 8 days to try to resolve this issue. I have called, emailed, and driven over there. They have shown no interest in working with us or keeping our business. I talked with every person I could (Tony Brown, the general manager, was especially rude). Every person, once they found out they had our money, said there was nothing they would do (we paid cash). This is not a business you want to give your money to. If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would. We will not be going back and we will be going out of our way to sway people from this greedy dealership. I can think of so many businesses where I've only spent a few dollars and they treated me like they wanted me to come back; they stood behind their product. We spent thousands of dollars here and have been rejected and treated with condescension. We could not be more offended or disappointed. More
Scion FRS was purchased for three months driven less than 5,000 miles when the front passenger wheel started to make a slight low noise when driving 60 m/hr. My son took the car to burnsville toyota to check and mike mcgee called back and told me that there was a small cosmetic scratch on that wheel however it functioned perfectly fine but the bearing was shot. he insinuated that my son hit something hard which damaged the bearing and my son didn't tell me of the incidence. According to mike, since the damage was from abuse it was not covered under warrantee. he sugguested that I should report to my insurance to get a new rim, repair the bearing, and do alligment totaling approximately $1000 . mike said burnsville toyota would be glad to do the work right away. Of the 30 years of owning 5 toyotas and accumulationg over 1,000,000 miles (between my wife and I), and rims abused like no tomorrow, the bearings never failed, but once-- my avalon 2001 over 280,000 miles when the bearings finally got worn out. I took the car to Maplewood Toyota and guess what? They determined that the noise came from the tire on how the way the car was driven. When they rotated the tires, THE NOISE FOLLOWED THAT TIRE! BEWARE! This is not a trustworthy dealer. When they are short of $$$ they will do just about anything to rip you or your insurance off. More
We ultimately ended up deciding to purchase a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid instead of the Camry Hybrid but that decision wasn't because of how we were treated at Burnsville Toyota. Robyn & Bob were very profess Fusion Hybrid instead of the Camry Hybrid but that decision wasn't because of how we were treated at Burnsville Toyota. Robyn & Bob were very professional, courteous and helpful. They were willing to answer all our questions and indulge us in our request to take a longer test drive than most people probably do so that we could do a thorough analysis of the Camry Hybrid to compare with the 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I put down a "2" for price because in the end that was a major factor in our decision to buy the Ford. The Ford dealership sold us our Fusion Hybrid that we were ordering direct from the factory at invoice price. The price that we were offered from Burnsville Toyota was a few thousand above invoice and when we asked if they would go any lower they said no, so that sealed the deal right there that we wouldn't buy the Toyota. But aside from that, I highly recommend Burnsville Toyota and Robyn & Bob in the Internet Sales Department. More
This was the best new car purchase experience of my life. Robyn gave me a good internet price right from the start. No other dealers told me of that option. Burnsville Toyota offered $900 more for my Ford Ranger trade-in than the Ford dealer I purchased it from. That tells me Ford doesn't value it's products very much! My new car was clean and waiting for me with a full tank of gas. That is one feature that tells me this dealership knows how to treat customers. Robyn was nice enough to show me all the features on the car and connect my phone to the car phone system. I will definitely check out Burnsville Toyota for my next car. More
