Terrible dealer! Lied to us and unprofessional! We delt with several people there including Jack Reed who was a terrible communicator and horrible salesperson. He was very sarcastic, he lied about several aspects of the car,and we later found out he lied about how much they had in on the car, therefore charging us way too much. Also half of what he told us about the car ended up being untrue and when we called after he acted like we were out of line to call him after the sale! Overall he was a rude jerk and should not be dealing with customers. We asked several times to speak to a manager and he would not let us. The facility overall was bad too. Cold, cheep looking, hungry salespeople all over you, rude front desk person, I could go on. I would NEVER buy a car from there again and would never recommend them!! More

Alyssa is THE BEST!! I live just outside Chicago and have had nothing but trouble with my local Toyota dealers. The funny thing is that I am a GM at a high-line car dealership, so you'd think they'd be a little more attentive to my needs... After purchasing a '12 highlander locally from a non Toyota dealer, we wanted to buy the extended warranty. After our local dealer screwed the warranty deal up so bad, we tried other dealers in the area but no one wanted to help. Since we have extended family in the Burnsville area we thought, we'd give them a try since everyone in the area is always so nice. We worked with Business Manager Alyssa, and she was beyond professional and courteous. She handled our issues without us ever entering the store and we couldn't be happier. A few bad apples give the car business a bad reputation, but Alyssa and Burnsville Toyota are the exact opposite. You guys had better hang on to her as she is always welcome to work for us!! I called in to set an appointment for service and asked the advisor if I could drop my vehicle off and get a loaner car since I was having repairs done that were covered under warranty. I was informed tha the advisor if I could drop my vehicle off and get a loaner car since I was having repairs done that were covered under warranty. I was informed that Burnsville Toyota does not have loaner cars by the advisor a couple of different times. I then opted to wait for my repair to be done and was quoted about an hour and a half. Without a single status update my vehicle was finally finished 3 hours and 15 minutes later. During that time the advisor I was working with, Mike, came out to talk with another customer about her car that the technician was having an issue with and was taking longer than expected, which is understandable and would have been nice to get a status update myself. Also since her car was taking longer than expected the advisor offered her a "loaner car" to use so she could get to work. Again this is the same advisor I was working with that told me that they do not have loaner cars for customers to use. I feel like I was lied to and treated unfairly. This was a very poor and disappointing experience and service from a professional establishment. More

I was so offended by our experience that I had to write a review We bought a vehicle from Burnsville Toyota a week ago and found out the sales associate lied to us. They have no interest in working with you after they've sold you a vehicle. The lie cost us $1,200. Including other frustrations, we also found out they hadn't cleaned the car effectively, hadn't taken care of the dents or scratches, hadn't placed the 21 day license in the window, and didn't provide us with two key remotes for the vehicle (the smell inside the vehicle is overbearing). We have been back to this dealer 6 times in 8 days to try to resolve this issue. I have called, emailed, and driven over there. They have shown no interest in working with us or keeping our business. I talked with every person I could (Tony Brown, the general manager, was especially rude). Every person, once they found out they had our money, said there was nothing they would do (we paid cash). This is not a business you want to give your money to. If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would. We will not be going back and we will be going out of our way to sway people from this greedy dealership. I can think of so many businesses where I've only spent a few dollars and they treated me like they wanted me to come back; they stood behind their product. We spent thousands of dollars here and have been rejected and treated with condescension. We could not be more offended or disappointed. More
