Very personable, charismatic and genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart while still trying his best to make the sale. He responded to every one of my requests without ever being overly aggressive or intrusive. Honestly, after we switched out the car seats and packed in the kids, we wanted to take the guy home with us. Yes, he gave us the best price. But beyond that, he was a true gentleman. I'm proud to have done business with him. This kid is going places. More

Why make a service appointment? Sales process was good and above average. But service wait is unacceptable. Terrible dealer! Lied to us and unprofessional! We delt with several people there including Jack Reed who was a terrible communicator and horrible salesperson. He was very sarcastic, he lied about several aspects of the car,and we later found out he lied about how much they had in on the car, therefore charging us way too much. Also half of what he told us about the car ended up being untrue and when we called after he acted like we were out of line to call him after the sale! Overall he was a rude jerk and should not be dealing with customers. We asked several times to speak to a manager and he would not let us. The facility overall was bad too. Cold, cheep looking, hungry salespeople all over you, rude front desk person, I could go on. I would NEVER buy a car from there again and would never recommend them!! More

The funny thing is that I am a GM at a high-line car dealership, so you'd think they'd be a little more attentive to my needs... After purchasing a '12 highlander locally from a non Toyota dealer, we wanted to buy the extended warranty. After our local dealer screwed the warranty deal up so bad, we tried other dealers in the area but no one wanted to help. Since we have extended family in the Burnsville area we thought, we'd give them a try since everyone in the area is always so nice. We worked with Business Manager Alyssa, and she was beyond professional and courteous. She handled our issues without us ever entering the store and we couldn't be happier. A few bad apples give the car business a bad reputation, but Alyssa and Burnsville Toyota are the exact opposite. You guys had better hang on to her as she is always welcome to work for us!!
