As I have said before I am generally pleased with the service. However, I need to comment on some small items that tend to take away from my happy experience. I brought my daughters car in for 4 new tire service. However, I need to comment on some small items that tend to take away from my happy experience. I brought my daughters car in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment, they forgot to do the alignment, so she had to bring it back in the next day. The original charge for the alignment done with the purchase of the tires was $99. Before the service member would agree to that price he had to check with the manager, hard to believe they would charge me something different for something they forgot. I was going to take it in, but my daughter did instead. When she got home I noticed that in addition to the $99 and sales tax there was a charge for shop supplies and an FTC fee totaling. $17. I had paid those same fees the day before when I had the new tires put on. Had they aligned the car at that time there would only have been that charge once. They should not have charged it the second time. It's. little things, but customer service is made up of the little things. More

I have always received great service here ,however this time they quoted me a price for 4 tires and wheel alignment. When I got home I discovered they had not done the wheel alignment.
