I was very frustrated with the lack of communication in regards to the cost that I would incur. It was listed that the cost was approved on 3 different occasions, but I was never told until the invoice wa regards to the cost that I would incur. It was listed that the cost was approved on 3 different occasions, but I was never told until the invoice was emailed to me. I was never told that I would be charged $186, in addition to the cost to replace the spark plugs. Seems pretty ridiculous that it is ridiculous as much to run a scam as it is to replace the spark plugs. I will make sure to have a local car parts store run a scam before ever bringing it to a dealer again. More
