We make appointment for oil change at 11am, my daughter was at the service right before 11, it took 2 hours to get oil change done, my daughter had doctor appointment and never has thought that it will tak was at the service right before 11, it took 2 hours to get oil change done, my daughter had doctor appointment and never has thought that it will take 2 hours waiting for the car to be done, if you said you were busy what you need appointment time for!
