I bought $1500 with the tires from you, and you didn’t even balance them correctly. I bring it back in saying there’s a shudder, I sit there for two hours, 2 Technicians drive it, but nobody took the whee even balance them correctly. So I sat there for 2 hours for 2 road tests? Pathetic. I take it to my regular mechanic and three out of the four tires are not even close to balanced. Then I leave a voicemail for your service manager to call me back about it, and I hear nothing! Not impressed, probably won’t be back and will let everyone know of my experience with you. More
