I had an appointment when I came in to get my oil changed. Even though I had an appointment it still took nearly two hours. There is no reason it should take that long. My appointment was made on a day the service dept. had a holiday party. When I arrived, there was a notice at the door indicating this. I suggest appointments be scheduled for at least 15 min after had a holiday party. When I arrived, there was a notice at the door indicating this. I had to schedule a ride from the facility & both I & my ride had to wait for them to resume seeing customers. I also noted a number of people drive up to the doors, see the notice, then drive away. Paid for a tire rotation only to find out they didn’t actually do the job. Had to escalate to get a refund, they offered nothing for the inconvenience.
