I was shocked at the price, $101 for an oil change is insane. It is almost double from the last time I went to Toyota for an oil change. That is inexcusable. How do you "forget" to shut the hood? More

Had to drive 30 miles for them to look at a simple part that has broken, for it to be covered under warranty. Now the part needs to be ordered and they couldn’t tell me when it will come in.
