I was referred to this dealership, bought a new car in December, but now left feeling not taken care of. Sale manager Tim H. Helped my mom and I was the whole process including pre-ordering the car. M December, but now left feeling not taken care of. Sale manager Tim H. Helped my mom and I was the whole process including pre-ordering the car. My mom tried to negotiate with Tim and then, he snatched the sales papers from her hands! Tim could of handled the situation differently if he wanted to end the sale. I find out later I got a hard inquiry in my credit report even though I though paid cash; I’ve said it was for a background check. I left two voicemails asking for a call back, none. I finally confirmed with another salesman’s a credit check is not needed if paying cash. Then, I spoke to Tim and first he said it’s a background check. I told him in it my credit report. He said even if it did show up, it only affected your score 2 points but then, he proceeds to say it didn’t affect my credit at all as if his opinion matters in my personal life. All I wanted was clarification on the buying process, but I was treated very rudely on the phone. My final take: Ryan in finance was super helpful! Tim acted rude because “there are many people who wants to buy this car, I can just go the next person on the waiting list” = it’s all money for him, he got his money and now treats me rudely. More

Every encounter I have with Burien Toyota is pleasant. I bought my used car there and have all my service done there. I wouldn't say they are fast but they are thorough.
