Derek was quite helpful -- when my car wasn't expected to be finished at the end of the day he arranged a rental for the following day. Dealership in and of itself was a decent experience (the salesman I worked with was excellent, as was the finance guy), but I was disappointed with some of the interactions with the Finance Manager who atte salesman I worked with was excellent, as was the finance guy), but I was disappointed with some of the interactions with the Finance Manager who attempted to lowball my car with pretty weak arguments.
