I scheduled my appointment for early morning the following Monday. When I arrived I met with my service agent Brianna who went over my service expectations and provided me with an estimate of the cost for the service. Later, after the work was completed, she explained what work was done and the outcomes of each--that I didn't need any further work done at this time. Everything looked good. The only problem I encountered is my address shown on your records. Once again, I told the clerical person that it and the telephone and email address was wrong and that this was the second time I asked for it to be changed. It showed an address that I haven't lived at since 1994--long before I bought my Prius and long before I started getting work done at Burien Toyota. More

2018 Prius Dawnell was very nice and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the Prius and was more than patient with me. She was pleasant to work with. Kevin wa Dawnell was very nice and friendly. We got off to a little bit of a rocky start but everything worked out in the end.
