Once I purchased the vehicle, we decided we wanted the upgraded model. The dealership never hesitated to rework the paperwork and get us in the car we wanted long term. Thank You!!! My only knock is a repeat issue I experienced when I previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Both times I purchased floor mats, however since the service department was closed, they were not available at the time the vehicle was driven off the lot. Both times after a couple of days I had to contact the dealership regarding the mats and the service department was unaware of the purchase. They had to pull up records to verify the purchase. Something VERY minor, but has been my only recommendation to the dealership to improve for their customer service. More

False Service Claims Brought car in for recall repair. They did a multi point inspection found that my timing casket cover was broken , I needed a 4 cyl tune up and trans Brought car in for recall repair. They did a multi point inspection found that my timing casket cover was broken , I needed a 4 cyl tune up and transmission fluid change. The price they quoted me for the maintenance was 2500 dollars. Took it two independent car maintenance business they there was no problem with timing casket or cover and I did not need a tune up or transmission fluid change. Reason why dealerships have a bad reputation. More
