Great efficient service I recently had a battery problem with my Prius C. After having to call AAA for 3 charges they told me it was my 12 volt Prius battery and not to turn I recently had a battery problem with my Prius C. After having to call AAA for 3 charges they told me it was my 12 volt Prius battery and not to turn my car off but go straight to purchase the battery. When I called Burien Toyota, the service person told me they were booked and the best they could offer was drive my car there, drop it off and they could get to it in a couple days!! Needless to say that was disappointing, but I took a chance and drove it over. I was greeted by a nice young man who immediately arranged to get the car assessed. I had a new battery put in, a cabin filter, and the inspection done by the service dept on the spot. Appreciate them taking me in my time of need. So other than the doom and gloom the service lady told me, and because I took a chance my problem was solved. More
