That beautiful car with the bright red bow was a total surprise from two wonderful children. We had been driving a 1998 Honda CRV through those years as we supported these boys through college and medical school.. We had never had a luxury car and the BMW did not disappoint. This spring it was time to decide to either buy out the lease or search for another vehicle. We did search, but nothing compared. Our initial sales associate left so we were directed to Joe Iannotta and Matt Scott who helped us with every possible detail of the process. They were polite, patient, very knowledgeable and sincere in guiding us through this process. This week we were invited to a BMW welcome back event. Joe Iannotta shared a powerpoint presentation that was informative and then Matt Scott took the time to review several features on our old (new) car. We truly appreciated their attention to our sale. Damaged during service Damaged our 15 x5 during. It was hit in the front bumper requiring repainting the bumper. The service manager Dave Labarge argued it did not happen t Damaged our 15 x5 during. It was hit in the front bumper requiring repainting the bumper. The service manager Dave Labarge argued it did not happen there however it was not damaged when we left the vehicle with them. They did decide to repair it however the repair was the worst I had ever seen. The Paint work was ok however there were scratches in the hood where they had set a can or bottles of some sort along with a huge gouge in the driver's headlight and there was buffing compound spatter all over the front of the car. Dave once again said it did not happen there even though we both had inspected the car together when we left it for the bumper repair and the headlight and good were undamaged. He said I would have to pay to fix those issues. I was afraid to let them touch the car again so I paid another dealer to fix the car and sold it so I would not have to deal Burdicks again. I did ask to speak the owner and was denied that request. I also called BMW customer relations and they did nothing as well. Seems as I am not a valuable enough customer for BMW or Burdicks. During all of this I found other reviews with similar issues. Some of the good reviews were from there employees acting as customers goes to show the dealers integrity. Stay away from both in my opinion. More

Happy with my new BMW I had a good buying experience with Burdick. After selecting the model I wanted (X3), I shopped around and found the best deal with Burdick. Alex Mincola, sales, ably assisted me in getting what I wanted at a fair price. I went to the Encore event, and highly recommend doing this, as it helps you understand the complex electronics system. Love my new car, and so do all my friends. More
Poor accident repair After an accident w/my 2015 BMW 750,I specifically wanted a BMW shop to do work.Unfortunately,Burdick in Cicero,NY was the closest.Initially,the insur After an accident w/my 2015 BMW 750,I specifically wanted a BMW shop to do work.Unfortunately,Burdick in Cicero,NY was the closest.Initially,the insurance company's step procedure stretched out the repair.Once those hurdles were past,BMW repair shop was difficult to deal with.There was little communication,mostly initiated by me,and what answers rec'd were at best inaccurate,misleading and not achieved.What I was told would be a couple of days in body shop,after the service dept delivered the car to body shop has stretched out to going into 3 Rd week. Most frustrating was the NO COMMUNICATION as to progress,status,delays except when I called and then it was vague and misleading.Latest example was an expectation for the car to be delivered last Fri. No phone all on Fri.No explanation as to why no car delivered. I called (again) on Sat. The frustration of dealing with situation continues. More

2 for 2 on my brand new BMW's! Just attended our 2nd Encore Event for the 2nd BMW we've purchased from these fine folks. So here is what this event is about. After you go thru the seamless sales process, they spend a great deal of time with you in your vehicle so you get to know all of the functions (there are so many). They will spend as much time as you want them to. Then you drive it for a month or so & attend this great event for a general overview where you learn so much more (and you thought you knew your new BMW already). They feed you, provide beverages & even give you a $100 voucher for accessories just for attending. I have never been as impressed with a dealership as I am with this one. What also brought me back was my salesperson, Alex Mincolla. What a great young man & so knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking at this type of vehicle. You never feel any pressure & you feel he just wants to be sure you are making the right decision. More
Above and beyond ! I purchased a beautiful pre-certified 2013 X1. From Burdick BMW at Drivers Village. ( Great deal by the way) The service dept was topping off my fluid levels but I had a question about linking my I-Phone to the USB port. It was a little bit of a puzzle because of Apple technology and the technology of BMW. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT and the SALES DEPARTMENT collaborated and went above and beyond anything I've ever seen or been involved at a dealership. They came up with the solution and my iPhone works great in my X1. The two departments did not hesitate ! They didn't send me off to solve the problem on my own. Like other dealerships would have. This is my second vehicle from Burdick BMW and I've recieved nothing less than honest, courteous and a confidence that I have recieved a great car and service when I need it . Thank You! More
