Dealership Lacks Intergity / Poor Customer Service Stay away from the Service Department! I just had my new BMW in for an annual service and they drove it over a curb and damaged the front bumper. I have a friend who experienced the exact same issue! Dave Gallardo in the service department admitted they caused the damage but refused to replace the parts they damaged!!! I will be pursuing legal action against this dealership and will NEVER buy another BMW from Burdick (previously bought 4). My suggestion is to drive over to the Utica BMW (Carbone) store for a more honest and ethical experience! More

My Client Advisor was so helpful and just as excited about getting my new car as I was. He helped me pick out the exact car I wanted and helped me look for it... which happened to be in their inventory! Placed the Sales order on Friday, and took delivery on Monday!! Could't have been happier! The service department has also been exceptional. Although I haven't had any "problems" with my BMW, making online appointments for routine service is so easy. I am always out in the time they promised and they take the time to vacuum and wash my car. More

We worked with Alex Mincolla and felt as if we had known him for years because of the lack of a sales pitch we were given and his genuine personality. Service Department is Lacking This is a customer comment as it relates to my experience with the local BMW dealer (Burdick). For the past three times I have requested service be This is a customer comment as it relates to my experience with the local BMW dealer (Burdick). For the past three times I have requested service be performed on my X6 at the local dealer. I requested to have a loaner car as I travel extensively and shuttle service does not fit my work schedule. When I attempt to schedule service it's not uncommon to wait anywhere from 4-11 days to have my X6 serviced. I attempted to call my dealer this morning at 8:15 am, after waiting 15 minutes on hold, I hung up, called back at 1:30 pm to schedule service, an "engine malfunction" error on my X6. I was told the soonest I could get my X6 in for repair is 08/28/15. This is pretty much the same story on my two previous service requests. Your local dealer does not instill a great deal of confidence with me and given the option of pursuing another dealer I would. More

Took them 3 sets of new tires before they finally thought maybe lets look at other reasons for abnormal tire wear. 3 sets! Well that matches the collective IQ of this service department. Finally diagnosed problems with suspension. Never mind my complaints about vibration and 5 visits to find the problem. Also of note, 2 of my visits there, saw people returning from scheduled maintenance to complain about empty fluids. Overheard them saying 'how do you document fluids checked, yet they are empty?!'. Major disservice to BMW as a whole, as I'm looking at other brands now. More
