disappoint went there 3 times for services, everything good, but only price get me confuse, first time for diesel exhaust fuel is good. Second time 1/23/14 i went there 3 times for services, everything good, but only price get me confuse, first time for diesel exhaust fuel is good. Second time 1/23/14 i went back there, i ask body shop manager how much is diesel oil change, he told me oil change for diesel is 110, and then i go into services room, services agen told me diesel oil change is 189, i said i make phone call and body shop manager all told me oil change for diesel is 110. and then he went out to make sure, after he come back he said oh it's 110, i say ok. after everything done, he give me a description of service paper, when i look on it, there show 110 for oil change, and diesel exhaust fluid for 52.08, also he got me 10% off, so total is 157.54. so today 7/17/14 before i go to dealership, i make phone call to buckdick bmw to do the quote about diesel oil change, brake oil, and mic filter, the agent on phone told me is 110, 150, and 50, and then i take a hours to dealership to have services done. when i got there, a new services man take care of me, he said diesel oil change is 125, the price just went up last two months, i say ok that's fine, and then brake oil is 150, and mic filter is 50. and then he print out last time services record, and he saw the price on list, oil change is 157.54, and he said "oh, i didn't know u have diesel oil change the price is 157.54", i said "no, oil change should be 110", and then he bring me to the table next to him with another agent, we been argue about diesel oil change price, at last services agent "U next time oil change will be 189.95 with no exceptions". i know he's mad, so i say "ok", because he's in charge over there, he's the boss, what can i do or said? After everything is done, just like last time, all the price is different, 124.95 for oil change, and brake fluid is 129.95, and mic filter 145.43. one thing i am very happy is services manger give me the oil change price which is 124.95, but mic filter price still when up from 50 to 145.43, this make no different for charge me 187.95 for oil change. so total come out 453.95, so i pay for this amount. just like i said u got everything done for me, what can i do, told them take mic filter out i don't want it? LOL after drive back home, my yellow engine light when on, will, i guess they didn't reset after oil change....... i am not against anyone. but the experience make me feel like i been rob, make me unable to trust them. sorry for poor English skill :) More

After reading the reviews already posted, I'm not surprised I was treated in the manner I was. I was traveling through Syracuse and blew the fuse for the aux chargers. Simple fix I assumed. Called th surprised I was treated in the manner I was. I was traveling through Syracuse and blew the fuse for the aux chargers. Simple fix I assumed. Called the service dept and explained the problem and asked if I could bring the car by to have the fuse changed. Without getting it fixed I would not be able to use my gps to return home or charge my phone to use the GPS. I have a 6 hour ride. I was simply told NO. I could not bring the car in. They were booked. What bout tomorrow? NO. They were booked solid for the next 2 weeks. Had my husband call from home in CT. He finally gets the service manager and says bring it by later...they might be able to squeeze me in. REALLY!?!?! I instead found a small privately owned repair shop and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes for FREE!!!! Thank you for nothing Burdkic BMW!! And I probably saved myself $100. You have no consideration for people and treat potential customers horribly. SHAME ON YOU!!!! More
I am writting this in tears.... my car went in for needed repairs and they were fixed... however after driving my car from the shop back to my house 50 plus miles away i had parked my car in my drive way for repairs and they were fixed... however after driving my car from the shop back to my house 50 plus miles away i had parked my car in my drive way for a day and half. the next time i looked at my car the coolant reservoir tank had nearly emptied itself. i spoke to dan and he blew smoke up my a** with his xx about oh we will take care of it and we want you to be happy with your service. After getting no where with dan the service manager David basically told me that it was normal for my reservoir tank to crack and that they were not liable for it. well the work i had done on my car had required them to empty the tank and remove it. so is it not a possibility that when they put the tank back on it got damaged??? wow i have decided that i would rather drive into Canada to go to the BMW in Kingston than drive back to Burdick. If BMW corporate knew what these people were doing and how their representation of the brand is terrorizing owners i am sure they would be displeased More
I am drafting this on here in my attempt to let the community know about those negative business practices of Burdick Drivers Village in Cicero NY, specifically Burdick BMW. Although I love my BMW and community know about those negative business practices of Burdick Drivers Village in Cicero NY, specifically Burdick BMW. Although I love my BMW and purchased this vehicle Brand new in 2007, it seems that Burdick BMW does not stand behind the main idea of what a BMW is. I just want to let the public know about this company. In 2006 while looking for a new BMW to purchase, I went to Burdick BMW and was treated by the sales staff as “just a number” and was completely driven out of the dealer ship by the sales staff pushiness. I then drove to Carbone BMW in Utica where I purchased the vehicle that same day. I was then contacted by Burdick as to why I purchased my vehicle from another company and was assured by the Sales manager that the company had undergone some reorganization and that they would still like to have my business as far as service for my BMW. Being that Burdick is closer to my home then Carbone, I took them up on their offer. Fast forward to 2011. I often receive coupons in the mail from Burdick BMW. I attempted to use one of these coupons only to which Burdick stated they do not distribute these coupons via mail after I went to the dealership to use it. The mailer and coupon was mailed from Burdicks location and was clearly legit. Filed a complaint with the BBB who sided with me and they pursued the dealership. I then got a call from Burdick stating they would honor the coupon and that they were unaware of the mailer, as there Advertisement Company did not notify them of the mailer. I found this highly unlikely. On 3-12-12 I took my vehicle for service. I was told the car needed Brake Fluid change and brakes according to the computer information. There was however no lights or indicators on in my dash at this time. I was ok with this as it now has 63k miles on it. Service advisor came out to say brakes are not needed and are “above spec”. Great I thought! That saves me $600 bucks. Upon getting in my vehicle to leave the dealership, I noticed the service light and “BRAKE” light was now on, which was not on when I gave it to the dealership. I immediately told the service adviser (Dave) who stated that it would go off after I drove the vehicle and reset the computer. Upon driving the vehicle to my house (45 miles away), the lights were still on. I called Burdick BMW and spoke to the service manager (Jeff). Jeff stated that he would talk to a mechanic and call me back. Jeff did call me back and stated that the computer needed to be reset. Upon advising him that I live 45 miles away, Jeff stated to bring it in and he would “put gas in my car” as compensation. I advised him to have someone come pick of the vehicle, as this entire problem was clearly a fault on the dealership. He stated that was a possibility, that he would find a couple people to do it and call me back. This was to no avail, as I got no call back. I then re-contacted Jeff the following day. At this point, Jeff began to give more excuses as to the problem stated that now he believes the lights were on due to the sensor being bad on the brake pads. I again reminded Jeff there were NO lights on until they worked on the car. Jeff became very rude and refused to help me with this situation other then saying I now needed new brakes and pads w/sensor to correct the problem!!! I asked to speak to the GM who Jeff stated was Kelly, and that she was in a meeting. I asked for her voicemail and was quickly told by Jeff he would relay the message to her that I would like to speak to her however refused to let me have her voicemail or email. I then called back later on and spoke to the secretary that answers the phones. I asked to speak to the GM and was asked my name and reason. I quickly explained to the secretary the problem and she stated she was transferring me to the Kelly’s voicemail. After being on hold for about a minute, the secretary came back on and said she would like to take my name and phone number. I asked if Kelly has voicemail and she said she did however was advised to take my name and phone number and not patch me to Kelly’s voicemail. I asked who told her not to give me the voicemail and the secretary stated, “ that’s none of your business sir”. Buyers beware if you’re looking at purchasing a vehicle. If this is happening at the BMW dealership of Burdick Drivers Village then it is probably happening at the other Burdick owned dealerships. Please be aware of this company’s negative customer service. More

I scheduled an appoinment to have my car serviced because there was oil leaking under the hood. I live 70 miles away from the dealership, so I dropped the car off early morning. I waited in the door of Brian there was oil leaking under the hood. I live 70 miles away from the dealership, so I dropped the car off early morning. I waited in the door of Brian office, and finally he acknowleged me and told me he would be with me as soon as he finished the customer he was with. The customer left and another gentleman walked into Brian's office, and he proceeded to help him and forgot I was sitting there until he walked out of his office to go and retreive the gentlemen's vehicle. At that time he told the gentleman, he had another customer that was ther prior to him. My husband and I walked into Brian's office, the gentlemen was still sitting at Brian's desk, Brian proceeded to ask me personal information with the gentlemen still sitting there, not one time did Brian ask the gentleman to leave so that my husband could sit down with me, so my husband had to stand, while a stranger sat besides me and listen to everthing we discussed. Talk about lack of privacy, that was just the first issue. The second issue is the fact, that when I got home, my car was still leaking oil, there was oil all over the engine, even after they said they had degreased the engine. I called the service department back and this time I spoke with Dan, whom I passed the phone to my husband so he could better explain where oil seemed to be coming from. Dan told my husnad that we must have some defective parts, I have had this car since 2004 and never had any problems with it. If they knew it was an oil leak why didn't they check more into the problem to find out where the oil was coming from. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I called BMW Customer relations and reported this incident to them, they advised me that this company has poor custoemr service ratings. More
I took my mother's 325Ci in for service a few times because it is the closest dealership, but it was not purchased there. There was a problem with the transmission and they updated the software and th because it is the closest dealership, but it was not purchased there. There was a problem with the transmission and they updated the software and that fixed it, so that was OK. The next problem was a small gap that let air in the back of the driver's window. They said they fixed it, but it was the same. I told them again and they same thing happened. The next time was the most fun. The inside door handle on the passenger side stopped working. To fix it they had to take apart most of the door and remove the glass. They put the glass back in, but didn't adjust it properly. Later that night, the window shattered under the pressure from the poorly adjusted window. They replaced it for free but it was an extra trip out there and very inconvenient. They blamed it on a faulty window actuator (yeah, the day I got it home from service where the window adjusted... sure). I would not recommend it for service. I don't know if they are any different with sales. More
