This is the second time I visited this dealership. The First time was about 5 yeas ago to purchase a new Pontiac Vibe, I left Frustrated and angry. I was driving thru the lot today and seen a great price on a Honda Ridgeline this time for $28495 original Price was $33670 so I decided to give them another chance. Everything went fine until it came to my trade in. I currently (and still) own a 2006 Hyundai Sonata LX. It has 19000 miles on it and in absolute mint condition. I asked them if they used Kelly Blue Book or NADA and they told me NADA. According to the NADA my car is worth $15340. They cam back and tried to offer me only $11800 and did something I have come to call “Dealership Magic Math” because only at a dealership dose this math make any since. After 2 hours of bickering they would not give me more for my car and actually upped the price of the Ridgeline by over $2000. I finally had enough of the cat and mouse game and demanded my keys, which at first they would not give me until I told them I would call the Police for False imprisonment and theft of my current car. Then they finally gave me my keys and I left feeling dirty. This Dealership is underhanded, uses low down dirty and absolutely slimy sales tactics designed to wear the buyer down and frustrate and confuse them until they really don’t know what is going on anymore. They tell there Sales people to put together personal pictures and try and connect with the buyer on a deeper more personal level so you don’t or can’t say no to them. Then when your on your way out from all the frustration, the sales person gets all sad and asking you if they did something wrong and asking you if your leaving because you don’t like them. It’s never been about the sales person in both of my times at this dealership. It’s always been the Sales Manager behind the scenes and hiding from the buyer without any direct contact that I have left. I would NEVER recommend this Dealership to anyone EVER! More

I called and asked to have my Cadillac Catera towed to their dealership and Eddy said that they don't service Catera's anymore. So I brought it to another service provider. It cost me $482 and still was their dealership and Eddy said that they don't service Catera's anymore. So I brought it to another service provider. It cost me $482 and still was not running right. They said that only a Cadillac dealership can service the car. So I asked a friend about it and she told me to insist on getting it serviced at Bryan Cadillac. In this time since the first breakdown of the vehicle (which was repaired by Bryan just 6 months ago) over $1,000 in car rental fees. Eddy calls me this morning at 10 and says the car is ready for pickupand tells me the battery is dead. I told him I think there is more to it and asked to check some other things out. So he had it checked out. Now he's telling me it will cost $489.19 for repairs to the Catera. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I'm not trying to get free repairs, however some of this was just replaced in August or should have been. They have NEVER given me the car back where it was running at 100%. More
I agree with the comment listed below the sales rep was quite "boogie" and for no reason. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor. No thankyou I would rather drive the extra 10-20 miles and be tr quite "boogie" and for no reason. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor. No thankyou I would rather drive the extra 10-20 miles and be treated with espect rather than a bother. Bryan Cadillac really need to check their standards. More
We just purchased a 2007 Honda Civic manual transmission from Bryan Honda. They offered us the best price for a vehicle that was very hard to locate. We drove from Cary, NC to pick it up. The salesman had e from Bryan Honda. They offered us the best price for a vehicle that was very hard to locate. We drove from Cary, NC to pick it up. The salesman had everything ready for us as soon as we arrived. The car had just been cleaned and we took it for a test drive. It was great. They went out of their way to explain everthing to us. The dealer did everything they could to make us happy, including fixing a small interior blemish. We are very happy with our new car and we definetely recommend Bryan Honda. More
My experience was brief but I went to test drive a Civic Hybrid. I wanted some info on how it worked. The individual who supposedly wanted to sell this automobile did not know very much about the car. I Hybrid. I wanted some info on how it worked. The individual who supposedly wanted to sell this automobile did not know very much about the car. I found myself explaining the IMA " Integrated Motor Assist" to the salesperson. They didn't even know what the letters "IMA" meant. This may be only one person but in my mind it reflects the standard management accepts. They then made me wait 20 minutes to get forms for personal information after being repeatedly told I wasn't interested. It wasn't their persistence that bothered me but if you want it you better not make me wait. They were friendly through-out the visit, but I don't think this is negotiable and it really wasn't considered in my overall assessment. Bottomline: Know the product before pretending to care about the customer. More
