I was recently in the market for a used car, and cruised around a lot of the dealerships in the Fayetteville area before landing at Bryan Honda. I was met in the lot by an associate (A manager, I believe), around a lot of the dealerships in the Fayetteville area before landing at Bryan Honda. I was met in the lot by an associate (A manager, I believe), Tom Campbell. I explained what I was looking for, and he was more than helpful in helping me find the used car (a Ford Mustang as it were) that I ended up buying. The entire sales and finance team was fantastic, and very friendly. I will definitely give them my business in the future, and have already recommended my sister and a friend to them. More

They have always been honest and pleasent to deal with. If anyone has a problem with this company, they should request to speak to the owners or the manager of the dealership. No company wants bad sales people and they need to hear any complaints directly from the customers. I think they would want to know. The owners are honest people. More
I was looking at an expensive Cadillac XLR and considered an offer. What happened to me next was really unbelievable. From just being interested to a five hour game with the sales manager I bought the car un an offer. What happened to me next was really unbelievable. From just being interested to a five hour game with the sales manager I bought the car under pressure. My wife and I were almost being held captive while the Sales Manager beat me into submission. WE bought the car long after dark and did not have a chance to inspect the underbody. As it turned out the car had front end damage and the dealership accused me of doing the damage. After a prolonged battle with the people at Bryan the job was completed and I left feeling taken. I'll never go back to Bryan again and have turned my business over to Clark Cadillac in Pinehurst. I went to look at a vehicle i saw posted on cars.com. I asked the salesman to unlock the vehicle. He went to the office and returned with the keys and a tag. I told him I was not interested in a test dri asked the salesman to unlock the vehicle. He went to the office and returned with the keys and a tag. I told him I was not interested in a test drive at that time as i had a meeting to go to, just wanted to look in the vehicle. He said that was fine, get in and he would pull the vehicle out of the line so i could look at it. I said ok, but again stated I was not interested. He proceeded to pull vehicle out of line-up and drive towards lot exit. For third time I told him I did not have time to take a test drive. He ignored me and kept driving. I demanded he stop vehicle, but he only did so at intersection to merge in to traffic. At this time I exited the vehicle (at the intersection). The salesman put the vehicle in reverse, drove back to line-up, and cursed me out as he did so. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP More
I would not reccomend this Dealership to anyone. I was involved in a collision and thought the dealership would be the best place since I did have a Honda and the other insurance company was paying. They involved in a collision and thought the dealership would be the best place since I did have a Honda and the other insurance company was paying. They tried telling me that Owe them money for parts I never gave them permission to fix not related to the accident. When the telephone survey people called to rate the business I gave them 1's on everything and thats when all the headaches started. They gave me the run around when my car was going to be ready, didn't fix everything they were suppose to even though they still got paid from the other insurance company, the back end of my car is 2 different colors, and to top it all off when I came to pick my car up, My radio was missing and so were my chrome pedals. Their answer for that was it must have been stolen when it was at the tow yard. I seen it with my own eyes in there when I went to sign for them to work on my car. And to top that off, they had my car for over a month and it still looks like crap. The manager wasn't very friendly because I gave them a 1 on the telephone survey. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone!!! They are money hungry and do a poor quality of work!!! More
Honestly, the first few times I visited Bryan Honda, I did not leave with a good feeling. The sales associates were pushy (she wanted me to leave my sleeping child in my car to test drive one of theirs) did not leave with a good feeling. The sales associates were pushy (she wanted me to leave my sleeping child in my car to test drive one of theirs) and one even lied to me. We had secured a price at $300 over invoice for a Honda Civic through our bank at another dealership in Durham, but decided to give Bryan one more shot, since they were local and it was getting late on a Saturday evening. We were greeted by the salesman, Joe Davis, who completely turned our opinion of Bryan Honda around. We did not know that the dealership was closing, and he never let us know that. He took his time to show us the car that we wanted. Although we had researched the car and knew that it was the Civic that we wanted, he demonstrated features that we were not aware of. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and even had us lock him in the trunk to demonstrate the release latch. It was a chilly night, and even though they were "closed", we never felt rushed. We told Mr. Davis about about secured price. He presented it to his manager and the price was accepted. Joe Davis took the time to go through the paperwork and handbooks with us, treating us with the utmost respect and courtesy. He personally followed us the gas station, where he filled our tank full of gas before he went home for the evening. I recommend Mr. Joe Davis if you go into Bryan Honda. He should be in charge of customer service and satisfaction at that dealership. Request him by name...you won't be sorry! More
