When I first went to the dealership I wa AWESOME FOR YOUR NEXT CAR PURCHASE!!!!!!!!! I had the pleasure of working with Andrea “Ms. Awesome” Kaus. When I first went to the dealership I was only planning to look around. She was polite, not pushy at all, and gave me her card in case I had any questions. She welcomed me to reach out anytime and made me feel like it would never be a bother. We talked back and forth for a few weeks while I worked through some things on my end. I ended up having my car appraised through the dealership and received a good value for it. In the end I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback with her help and assistance. Even when we ran into a few issues along the way, Andrea stayed optimistic and never gave up on helping me. She was kind, caring, and made the whole experience much better than it could have been. If you are coming here to buy a car I highly recommend asking for her. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and genuinely cares about people, not just making a sale. More

No accountability from staff or Service techs. xxxx poor to say the least I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for many years, and I’ve never had an experience this bad. I came in for a simple oil change, yet they managed to crush the roof of my truck and damage the driver-side door. They kept my vehicle for over a month and still didn’t repair the damage, claiming they had “no video proof” they caused it. I have no reason to lie — all I wanted was an oil change. I remained patient for a month and a half, but when I finally got my truck back, the door was still unfixed, the mirror was installed incorrectly, and the interior was left a mess after the roof repair. Anthony and Drew made it clear they had no intention of taking responsibility or taking care of their customer. If you choose to get your vehicle serviced here, take detailed photos beforehand. Otherwise, you risk being treated like you’re making things up simply because they don’t have video evidence. There are plenty of shops with staff who take accountability for their mistakes — unfortunately, Bryan Honda is not one of them. More
