I purchased my new Honda Accord 2012 from Leonard McGrue at Bryan Honda, and am very happy with my overall experience. First of all, the price that he offered me was the lowest among all the dealerships her at Bryan Honda, and am very happy with my overall experience. First of all, the price that he offered me was the lowest among all the dealerships here in Raleigh, where I live; so low that some of these other dealers had the audacity to say to me that they themselves would have taken the offer "if it was legitimate". There were no hidden costs, and I was given the out of the door price, including taxes, tags, etc, which was much lower than the MSRP advertised on the Honda website. There was nothing hidden from me during the entire process, and Leonard was more than willing to answer all my questions. Since he did not have the color that I wanted, he arranged for the vehicle from a dealership around 250 miles away. I was told upfront that the car will have around 250 mileage, and if that wa s acceptable to me. Moreover, since I live in Raleigh, I drove a rental car till the Fayetteville Airport, and Leonard was kind enough to pick me up from here. I wasn't aware that dealers give a tank full of gas at the time of delivery, and when he saw that there was not enough fuel in my car, he personally came with me till a local fuel station and got the entire tank filled, even without my saying a word. I am pretty happy and satisfied with my overall experience, and will surely recommend Leonard and Bryan Honda to everyone. More

Steve was prompt in giving me all the information I needed regarding price, including everything, what he called "out the door" price. Of the three dealers I approached he was the most helpful, offered the best deal and did not pressure me about the sale. He answered all emails and calls promptly including evenings and weekends, and I felt that he wanted me to have the best deal on the car I wanted. When it came time to pick it up, all I had to do was bring my insurance card and sign paperwork, everything was prepared and ready for me. I not only recommend Bryan Honda and Steve Leavell, I will most likely go there again for my next car, although Hondas being what they are, it will probably not be for many years! More
