My search for a new Honda started several weeks ago. I searched several states and made several contacts in that time in search of the right car to suit me. After many offers from many dealers in 3 states, I made a last effort inquiry to a more local dealership that I had neglected to contact previously. Bryan Honda. Within minutes I received a phone call from Nick Irish in the internet department who passionately made the case for me to give them the opportunity to earn my business. Nick and Bryan Honda exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I received the best offer with the least amount of effort and also saved myself a 6 and 1/2 hour drive to another dealership out of state. The communication was exceptional and prompt and made the entire process extremely simple. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was pleased to see how knowledgable and passionate Nick was about the products he was selling. I was put to ease about the experience right away, and knew right away I had made the right decision. All doubts were washed away. The entire process took little to no time at all. In fact, the vast majority of time spent was admiring the car I had just purchased, and shooting the breeze about the products with Mr. Irish at the local gas station as I was receiving my complimentary fill up. This was my first new car purchase, and with the help of Nick and Bryan Honda, it turned out to be as satisfying and fulfilling as I had always hoped the purchase of a new car would be. I can't recommend these folks enough, and when the wife's turn to purchase comes, I look forward to visiting Nick and crew again. There is absolutely no pressure and you can take your time looking through their great selection of Hondas. My wife and I are very impressed with the feel this dealer has and gives. They were very accommodating to our young child that was there with us as well. Taking a test drive didn't require a lot of hassle and was offered before all the business end of a car purchase. Reginer Thompson was/is our sales person and she was fantastic. She is a very friendly, informed and efficient sales person. She knows her stuff when it comes to features each model has and knows the difference between trim levels. She was a joy to work with and asking for her when you come in would only be a benefit. David had Nick come in and the both handled our situation with care. David made a lot of real good offers to us and let us make the decision on our own. Through the options they presented to us my wife drove off the lot with a 2011 Honda Civic. Which is the car she has wanted since I was in Haiti.
