We were in a bind with our truck; obviously owed more than what it was worth. Within 30 minutes of me going through USAA, Nick Irish from Bryan Honda was the first one to call me and discuss what we were looking for and how we may be able to accomplish it. We had about a 20 minutes conversation; but I can say, even though we didn't go down there until two weeks later, I only received emails from the other dealers. That to me meant that they did not want my business. So I called Nick and made an appointment to come and see him. I had all the documents that were needed for us to make the deal. But with us being so upside-down (as most people are these days) we couldn't afford to buy a new vehicle. My husband and I had talked about leasing previously; and it just so happens that that was probably the way we would get ahead again. Nick and Dave really worked hard to get something in place for us; didn't miss a stop. Even though we didn't get the top of the line we wanted, we got a van with all our needs (not our wants) -- and now have the space we needed and that was the goal.
