This was my third visit to Bryan Honda since I settled in Fayetteville back in 2009, where I had previously purchased two brand new Honda Civic Hybrid. Andy had assisted me in the past with my second Civic; Fayetteville back in 2009, where I had previously purchased two brand new Honda Civic Hybrid. Andy had assisted me in the past with my second Civic; ironically enough, he called me last week to ask me about my experience with the car, and invite me to a special event at the dealership. I then expressed my desire to purchase a new car, and we agreed on a day for me to visit, while they still had their Labor Day sales event. I went in as agreed, where Andy was waiting for me. He allocated all afternoon and early evening to assist me, from test driving the car, to covering everything I needed to know about the car, its functions, pricing (price comparison with similar competitive cars), financing, etc.. He even went out of his way driving me back to the airport to drop-off the rental car I had picked-up the night before. I can only say that he is an excellent salesman, extremely friendly, accommodating, patient, someone I would definitely recommend and ask to assist me again in the future. More
The rate I have given is based upon the excellent experience I recently had with your dealership, and more specifically with your salesperson, Taylor Shackleford. My wife and I had been in the marke experience I recently had with your dealership, and more specifically with your salesperson, Taylor Shackleford. My wife and I had been in the market for a 2013 EX-L Odyssey and hoped to take advantage of the Honda Clearance Event. However, it soon became apparent that we had entered "the game" a little late and were having a difficult time finding the vehicle we wanted. In fact, each time the dealership we had been working with would reach out to a dealership that had what we were looking for, the dealerships who had the vehicle on their lot were reluctant to trade. My wife and I understood that it was not in the best interest of the dealerships to make the trade so we went to the Honda Dealers of the Carolinas website and began to systematically call every dealership in the state asking the question, "do you have a 2013 EX-L Odyssey on your lot?" Our hope was to make a deal directly with the dealerships that were "holding." However, each salesperson we spoke with quickly answered our question with a sometimes empathetic and sometime emphatic "NO," and that was basically the end of the conversation. But when I called Bryan Honda and spoke with Taylor Shackleford, he told me that he would try to locate one. I thought to myself, "here we go again." So I explained what we had been going through all day with the dealership we'd been working with, but Taylor told me that he felt confident that he could locate one. I tried to dissuade him, however, telling him that he probably wouldn't see much return for his efforts. After all, my wife and I were asking a pretty low price for the vehicle. He assured me, however that it was more important to him to satisfy a potential customer than it was to make a significant profit. He sounded sincere, but you know that people who sell cars have a poor public image, and I was skeptical. But if he was willing, what could it hurt. And that's when he began to talk openly with me about the car buying and car selling process; information that was both useful to me and helped me quickly feel that I could trust Taylor. By the end of the evening, we had several conversations, more than I'd had with the other salesperson that I had been dealing with all day. And Taylor had been given more helpful information than I had received from the other dealership. He made me like him, he helped me know that he knew his stuff, and that he would use all the knowledge he had to give me the best deal possible. The next morning, Taylor kept me in the loop about what was going on in his search for a 2013 EX-L Odyssey, while the other dealer seemed to fall off the face of the earth. By lunch time, I still had not heard from the other dealer and that's when I resolved to give up the search for a 2013 altogether. So, the next time Taylor called to tell me that he was still looking, I told him that I appreciated all his efforts, but they were probably futile. I told him, however, that I really liked and trusted him and that I appreciated all his efforts and if I could afford it, I'd buy a 2014 from him today. He told me how much he appreciated the compliment and that he would do whatever he could to sell me a 2014 as near to the price we had asked for on the 2013. And he did! This young man takes pride in what he does... not to make a sale, but to make an impact on his community. He truly believes that he can make a difference in the lives of those around him as a car salesman by being fair, honest and by giving friendly customer service that is far and away better than any service I've ever received from anyone else in all my car-buying life. He believes he can make a positive impact on his community by selling cars, and now I believe it too. He is determined to carry on a car-selling legacy that will no doubt change the perception that many people have of car sellers. For me, he has turned a frustrating situation into a really great experience. I intend to tell others who are in the market for a new vehicle about my positive experience at Bryan Honda, and more specifically about Taylor. Thanks for all your help! More
Excellent customer service experience. I never felt the pressure that comes along with buying a new car. Even when he knew I was still looking at other vehicles he did not slam them but encouraged me to look. I guess he knew what the outcome would be. There is not another SUV Out there that compares with the Pilot. I also did not meet another salesman that compared with Ron. Bryan Honda is a fantastic dealership with a great staff! More

David, the internet manager worked hard to get me the best deal possible, with an amazing interest rate for my less that perfect credit. Bottom line: You need to come see Ms. Reginer! More
Ended up at Bryan Honda (roughly 75 miles from our home) with my 18 y.o. daughter, after weeks of visiting dealers closer to home, trying to find her a used Civic in our target year/price range. Nonetheless, Leonard arranged for us to test drive, and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. After a very short, no-nonsense, no-xx negotiation, we had our car for a very fair price. To top it all off, a couple of days later Leonard met us halfway between the dealer and our home to deliver the vehicle. Could not have been any more pleased with his conduct and service throughout the process; treated me and my daughter in a genuinely personable and respectful manner. Would readily return (and refer others) to Bryan Honda. More

I worked with Ron Garcia over the phone and on the internet prior to my visit. He was able to give me a great price on a new 2013 Honda Civic Sedan as well as give me an appointment so I would not hav internet prior to my visit. He was able to give me a great price on a new 2013 Honda Civic Sedan as well as give me an appointment so I would not have to wait. Upon my arrival Mr. Garcia was busy with another customer and he immediately referred me to Jeremy Vick who was able to show me the car and allow me to test drive the car that I had inquired about on line within the first 30 minutes of walking on the lot. Mr. Vick reviewed all of the cars functions and was very knowledgeable as well as answering all of my questions. I was given .9% financing through Honda. Romuald Hawthorne helped to answer all my questions and give me my options on financing, the extended warranty and maintance plans. The only area of disappointment was the long wait for the car to be detailed and the quality of the detailing was not impressive. Overall I was vey pleased with my expierence with Bryan Honda. More
