I saw a commercial for honda and hadn't yet even considered a honda as an option, i went to the honda website which put me in contact with Steve Leavell. Steve immediately contacted me via email and considered a honda as an option, i went to the honda website which put me in contact with Steve Leavell. After a few emails, Steve invited me to the dealership to further discuss MY needs and to let me see if any of their cars could satisfy my demands. Steve was very knowledgable with the cars, let us test drive the car he had that was what i was originally looking at, and he even made the suggestion of a newer, similarly priced honda with more of the safety features i was interested in. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and was never presented anything that wasn't based around what I was looking for. i ended up getting the Newer Civic, and Steve was able to get me a great price!! i couldn't be happier, and can't say enough great things about Steve and his service!!! I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 Lariat yesterday from Ron Garcia at Bryan Honda. I found the vehicle on cars.com and submitted a generic request to the dealership stating that I was interested in purchasing Garcia at Bryan Honda. I found the vehicle on cars.com and submitted a generic request to the dealership stating that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle if they could come down to my price point. I received an automated email back from a salesman, but didn't hear back after several attempts. I called the sales department and was connected to Ron. It turned out that the truck was on its way to auction, but Ron tracked it down and got it back to the dealership. I live 2 hours away, and I didn't want to drive out to look at it without a pretty good idea that it was what I was looking for. Ron inspected it and went over everything with me. The next day my wife drove out to look at it and put a deposit down to hold it until I could go out. The vehicle was exactly like Ron had described. When my wife returned, she had nothing but good things to say about Ron. He even installed both children's car seats in the truck to test drive it, and then installed them back in our vehicle. The following day we all drove out, and when I met Ron he was extremely polite, personable, and professional. He answered all of our questions honestly and was upfront about all aspects of the purchase including our trade-in. I had limited experience with other sales people at Bryan Honda, but if you're interested in a vehicle at this dealership I would highly recommend asking for Ron specifically. More
