Bryan Honda

In November going to Bryan Honda in Fayetteville I was looking for a new vehicle. I met Mr. Tyrone Williams, one of the Sales Professionals in the dealership. Mr. Williams went over the features of the CR-V and even allowed me to go on a test drive to get the feel of the vehicle. This vehicle meets my needs as a USPS Rural Carrier with its room to pack packages in the back and the back seat has the room and mobility for my mail. Its a super vehicle for delivering mail each day for its a Top of the Line vehicle which will hold up to the riggers of the job. Mr. Williams also assisted me on securing a great price for my trade-in, allowing me to take that amount off the original price. As a added bonus, was given a Honda Sales Event discount and this made the price of the vehicle even more attractive. As a retired Army Non-Commissioned Officer I found the whole sales team, the finance department and the service and parts department highly professional. Recently afterward I had broken my drivers side mirror, the service advisors ordered me a new mirror and as soon as it came in the service department immediately notified me and replace the mirror in very little time. The Service and Parts department is a very well run organization with professional and friendly folks. As a added bonus too, Mr. Williams emails me with sales events, promotion and Honda information I need to know and this is why I recently recommended him to a friend to trade in their S-10 and for them to buy a CR-V as well. After a couple of poor car buying experiences in my life I feel really fortunate that Clifton was who we worked with. Mr. Bennett was very patient with me,as it took 3 days for me to make my purchase of my new Accord,however, he did give me one of the best bogus lines I've ever heard. Basically I was told that when you purchase a new car at a discounted price, upon trading in the car it is now only originally worth the "discounted price" versus the sticker price as far as valuation. That's one of the best lines I & others I've spoken to, have ever heard. Very creative & probably convincing to an ignorant consumer, but also total BULL CRAP !!!!!!!!!!!! But definitely a good one. Basically I was told "Where do you think the $ for the discount comes from? From the value of the car. So , it will affect the trade-in value because the dealers keep records. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG Don't let that one fool you !!! The car is worth what it's worth, as soon as the car "leaves the curb" it is devalued by probably around $5000.00, because it becomes a used car. However, the original purchase price has NOTHING to do with future valuations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Dee went above and beyond to help us with our trade-in and purchase of a new Honda Odyssey. Great experiance, came in with USAA pricing and no issues. Test drive with Mark was great and he explained all the features in the Honda Civic line and the EX which we purchased.
