I like to walk into a dealership with the feeling that I have the upper-hand in the soon to happen negotiating process. To say I felt vulnerable that night is an understatement. So at 5:30 PM on a cold rainy December night I walked into the showroom certain that no deal would be made that night. We met with Reginer and told her what we were looking for - in detail. She had the vehicle sitting in the service bay in 10 minutes. It would have been easy for her take advantage of our reduced negotiating status and bring in a vehicle with more options than we were looking for, she did not do that.
