In a most professional way Mr. Holman took the necessary time and effort to show me various vehicles until I found one that would meet my needs. He then worked with me to achieve a price I could work with. After agreeing on the price Mr. Holman worked with me to explain the features of my new Odyssey until I was completely satisfied and comfortable when I drove off. Mr. Holman has since followed up with me to make sure everything was fine and the vehicle was performing according to it's fullest potential. Great Experience Working with Former Serviceman Ron is a retired Army soldier and I am a retired Air Force Airman. I felt really comfortable working with Ron to purchase my new pre-owned Honda Ridge Ron is a retired Army soldier and I am a retired Air Force Airman. I felt really comfortable working with Ron to purchase my new pre-owned Honda Ridgeline. We shared some of our military experiences. From the moment I arrived there was no high pressure. He gave me the keys and I went out to inspect the car and look under the hood on my own. When Ron joined me he thoroughly explained the details of the vehicle that I wasn't familiar with. Then he took me for a short 4-wheel drive test run to demonstrate the stability of this unit body construction. I was impressed at how well the Honda handled when I compared it to my former Ford Explorer Sportrac. Needless to say that after attending auto shows in DC and hear and visiting auto dealers in Virginia and North Carolina, my experience at Bryan Honda was great and they had just the vehicle I was looking for. This place disgusts me!!! This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my vehicle to their clueless service dept in which I was told they couldnt even check This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I took my vehicle to their clueless service dept in which I was told they couldnt even check my car until I did some suggested fix that I knew was not even an issue. My car stayed here for a month while they guessed on what my diagnosis was. I spent so much money on unnecessary repairs after they assured me of a problem n it was never it. After 1 1/2 months, I finally have my vehicle and also it was returned with parts broken and all. After speaking with the sorry management, I was cursed at and spoken to so rudely that I contacted HONDA AMERICA. This place doesnt care and the customers need to speak up and stop letting them get away with the ripping off of customers. Also, after all of this, the issue still isnt resolved. I spent close to $1150 and they tried to charge an additional almost $900 when they didnt even know the issue. They returned my vehicle with broken parts after being in their possession and did not bother to explain what happened until I questioned them. More

I explained that I had located a vehicle that I intended to buy, and he congratulated me, but asked me to please consider giving him the opportunity to assist if anything changed. As I continued to WAIT, he surprised me with a text message listing 6 vehicles with the specs I had requested. I was impressed, but not particularly interested because I felt my deal would be complete within minutes since I had secured financing from my bank prior to going to the dealer. 30 minutes later, I was on the way to see him. After wasting time for 2 days with the other dealer, I was not in the best of moods, but he immediately put me at ease and went to work. Long story short, he LISTENS. He follows up, and he does so quickly and effectively. He is straightforward and honest, and clearly enjoys helping his customers. We test drove and purchased our car from Bryan Honda and Leonard in less than two hours. It was late in the evening, so we came back next day to complete some paperwork, but the entire experience was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we really felt valued and appreciated. We met not only Leonard, our sales professional, but also Robin, our finance manager, Andre, the detail manager,John, the technician...all of whom were great people who genuinely cared about us as customers. Kudos to Bryan Honda for demonstrating that professionalism can go hand in hand with down home service. You will not be just another number here. I encourage you to give Leonard a call if you are even considering a vehicle. You cant go wrong. As we say in the South, these are "good peoples!" More
