We watched him sprang into action, and a lot of times along with Mrs. Robin Mclamb the finance manager we were the last to leave, Guess what my mom and i drove the 2012 Doge Avenger home at last. My wife and I were approaching our anniversary of Mark Holman at Bryan Honda of Fayetteville, understands the meaning of the words Customer Service. My wife and I were approaching our anniversary of 25 years and we decided to get her a new car. Earlier last year, my wife had given her 2005 Accord to our daughter to attend college. We met Mark and told him of our budget, and the ideal car my wife would like to have. The 2014 Civic she wanted was the right bargain with no hassle throughout the numbers work up. Mark attention to detail in understanding our concerns for a new car for my wife made the process in selection a rewarding one. I have had the pleasure of buying cars from car salesmen’s throughout Fayetteville, and Mark ranks up in that top five of a caring professional who listens to the concerns of the customer and not tries to push the gimmicks in order to make a sale. His focus in helping people is truly a talent and gift which eases a customer approach in buying a car. It is nice to have a salesman working in your behalf to purchase a vehicle, one who listens to your concerns. You appreciate the rest of the dealership for hiring him. It takes a team to run a program like this, and with people like Mark and Robyn Mclamb, the finance manager, word of mouth is the easiest form of advertisement for excellent customer service program. I would highly recommend Mark Holman who is a look alike for Kevin Costner as your next salesman for your next Honda. Your experience will be as rewarding as ours. More

Quick to help us out, Joe had it in the shop the next day. When we got the vehicle back, we still encountered problems. We let Joe know and he was very helpful in getting the service department in touch with us to see what was still wrong with the vehicle. This is where my transaction started to go sour and I questioned if I made a mistake purchasing this vehicle from Bryan Honda. The service manager seemed helpful but in the end I was let down and left with a negative feeling towards this dealership. After writing a negative review thinking they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, I was contacted by Rico who made sure this situation was handled. Tim Roussell contacted me as well and reassured me that this is not how they do business and that our vehicle would be taken care of. That night we were able to drop it off and we were given a rental car so we were not without a vehicle. Here is where Bryan Honda redeemed itself. After sending my vehicle to Ford to get fixed, as it ended up being a problem only Ford could warranty, it was there for 10 days. Every day, Bobby was checking with Ford about the status of my vehicle. Then Joe would call and let me know what was happening with the vehicle while it was at Ford. I truly appreciate the commitment they showed in getting our car fixed and to make sure we were happy customers. Thank you to Bobby for constantly checking on our vehicle while it was at Ford and a big thanks to Joe for going above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our vehicle was fixed. After a rough start, I can truly say that I am very happy with the outcome and customer service that 'I received. Thanks again guys for all of your help! More

He didn't try to sell me a car he sold me the right car. He did what most salesmen don't do and that is to listen. He listened understood and went above and beyond to help get me into the right vehicle. I even called him on his day off and he was more than willing to ease my mind when it came to my new purchase. When Kevin was multitasking with me he sent in another great employee Veronica Davis to help with the process. She was a extra breath of fresh air that just added more to a smooth as glass process. She helped ease the pain of me getting rid of my older car (that I loved!) and made me feel very comfortable in my new car. Missing articles from car-terrible customer service Our car was brought in for recall service and needed to be left for two weeks. Upon leaving car we were not given any work order to sign. There were $200 sunglasses and $400 watch left in the car along with other items. When picking up car, all the items in the car were carelessly thrown in a pile in the back of the car. After going through everything we discovered the watch and sunglasses were missing. After speaking numerous time to service manager and general manager, they informed us that they were not going to do anything about they being missing and that we had no proof that they were in the car when we left it. They said they were not liable and the work order that we signed said that they were not liable for personal items. Tim, general manager, was unwilling to assist in any kind of compromise for a resolution to the matter. I am shocked that a business would treat our military members in this way! Customer service is non-existent in the service or managerial staff of this establishment. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated as valued customer!!!! More
