Maintenance Visit The young man that wrote up my order was great. He seemed to be the only one working. Others behind the counter in the back talking to each other. I went to the cashier window to pay and was sent back out front. I asked another lady that was behind, what I thought was the service counter where to pay and she sent me back into the car receiving area. The one guy was waiting on someone else. So I waited. All of the others behind the service counter doing nothing. Not a very professional environment at all. Also found out, what was presented to me at the time of buying the car as a 2 year maintenance freebie, isn't really 2 years at all. Only 4 oil changes. More

Body and paint repair went great Had an accident on the expressway coming back from Tennessee where some debris came off a truck that didn't secure its haul and it struck the front pa Had an accident on the expressway coming back from Tennessee where some debris came off a truck that didn't secure its haul and it struck the front passenger side of my SUV, blew the tire and scraped up the paint real bad, and broke off my side mirror. Went with Bryan Honda's body shop since they partnered with my insurance so it worked out. Everyone I talked to was super nice and professional and they were upfront with their estimated cost and the amount of time it would take to repair my car. They took pictures, came up with a plan to repair it and explained to me what needed to be done, and were overall very pleasant to work with. They finished the repairs right on time and got my car looking great again, everything works great and looks great, the paint looks smooth, you can't tell anything even happened to my car to begin with. Overall had a great experience that made up for the bad accident. Thanks a lot More

No I would not recommend them and no they were not awesome!! The worst car buying experience I believe I ever had. They made me purchase a new car to get out of the used one I didn’t want. Then they didn’t discount the car they extended my loan terms to the max and didn’t even pay the taxes!! I got a tax bill in the mail along with my new tag. I will never buy another car from Bryan Honda!! More
