Customer service I originally bought my 2013 Honda Accord Ex in on August 15, 2018 in response to a recall on the battery sensor. When I arrived, I notified the servi I originally bought my 2013 Honda Accord Ex in on August 15, 2018 in response to a recall on the battery sensor. When I arrived, I notified the service department that I was having an issue with starting my car. It failed to start immediately and I didn't know if it was due to the battery sensor. After the service, I was told that everything was fine, but I needed a 60,000 mile service and I declined. I had to return to the service department on August 27, 2018, because I was still having an issue with starting my car. I didn't have an appointment, so I was told that the technician that serviced my car was gone to lunch and I needed to return in half an hour. I said, can't someone else service it. Nelson told me that I would be there until 5pm., to install the starter. My car was not finished until after 4pm. The same technician serviced it. I don't understand why I wasn't notified of the problem on the 15th. The service cost me about 5 hours of my time. I was told that everything is fine and I turned around, because my clock was not set. Maybe they didn't have time to set it, because it isn't a part of the multi point inspection. In spite of that, I will continue to have my car serviced at Bryan. More
