As my wife and I searched for a new car for our family with 4 children, Alex n informative, flexible, and thorough representative of Bristol Toyota. As my wife and I searched for a new car for our family with 4 children, Alex not only helped us compare and contrast various models that would work for us, but patiently guided us through ordering a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander hybrid so that we were essentially one of the first in line to get the newest model. Through the entirety of the process, Alex was transparent, honest, and did not place any undue pressure to make various decisions in the purchase of the vehicle. He truly served as a calming presence for what typically can be a stressful process.
