I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, and, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want. He kept me updated, searched incoming inventory, and ultimately found the exact configuration I was looking for. That experience really says everything about the kind of salesperson Regi is. He listened, he followed through, and he cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle I would be driving for years to come. He was also incredibly transparent throughout the pricing and negotiation process. I never felt pressured to come into the dealership just to talk numbers, and he was willing to work with me over the phone and email. He honored the discount and trade-in value he had promised and made the entire process feel straightforward and comfortable. I also want to mention how much I appreciated the overall experience at Bristol Toyota. He treated me with respect every step of the way. I ultimately drove home in the exact Grand Highlander I had hoped for, and I am absolutely thrilled with it.
