I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, and, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better.
