He was and is very knowledgeable and professional. In August, Alex called to wish my husband a happy birthday. So nice. That is when we decided to go see Alex and buy a new truck. Alex goes that little extra! We also enjoyed meeting a new employee. I do not remember her name, but she guided us through the warranties. She has been with Bristol for a month. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Regi Maxi at Bristol Toyota. From the very beginning, Regi was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. I was looking for a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited and had very specific things that were important to me, and, most importantly, second-row captain's chairs. I initially thought I had found the right vehicle, only to realize after putting down a deposit that it had a second-row bench seat. I was honestly pretty upset with myself and worried that I had made a mistake. Regi's response could not have been better. He completely understood why the captain's chairs mattered for my family and immediately offered to search for another vehicle rather than trying to convince me to settle for something I didn't really want.
