Dishonest sales tactics. I was given a quote by text on a new vehicle so I made the trip to the dealership. When I got there I was told that they made a mistake and they wouldn't honor the quoted price. They new vehicle so I made the trip to the dealership. They then told me that I was eligible for special financing and that would save me money and then came back and said the vehicle I was looking at was not eligible. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and they were by far the worst. Very dishonest and manipulative. They pulled out all the stops to drain me of every penny they could. I could go on and on but that would bring me down to their level so I will leave it at that More

What more can a car buyer hope for. I will tell you....no pressure from the salespeople. Knowledgeable, helpful, answers questions easily and if he/she does not know the answer, they make the time and effort pressure from the salespeople. I have had 13 new cars during my lifetime from many different dealerships and I can honestly say without a doubt Bristol Toyota stands out as the best one ever. Paula went above and beyond to find me the best deal. There was no pressure, listened to what I was looking for, somehow was able to find the car I was looking for in these scarce times of getting the exact car you had in mind. But Paula worked her magic and today I drove out of the dealership with my brand new Toyota RAV4 with every bell and whistle available. This will be my 4th RAV4 but my first leasing it here at Bristol Toyota. I have had my last car serviced here and their service department is also top notch. I strongly recommend Bristol Toyota....thank you Paula for your time and effort to make me a very happy customer. I will surely pass the word of the great service you provided me during this process.
