When the vehicle arrived he set up an appointment at my convenience and arranged everything to complete the transaction in one day so I wasn’t inconvenienced by making another trip to the dealership. Nothing was rushed. I had time to test drive and fully review the vehicles features. The time I spent with the finance department was low pressure and every item was throughly explained.
