I've had fantastic experiences with the sales department every time I've gone down! The sales staff are friendly and really go out of their way to be helpful. Great, friendly service from the time we entered the dealership. Shawn G and Eric worked with us and communicated with us as much as they could. Our car had to be ordered because of the shortage everywhere, and then registered in FL where we reside in the winter. As first time Toyota buyers, we are pleased that it came in early, and are impressed with the amount of texts and calls that the dealership has made to answer our questions and keep us up to date on the process.
