Great overall service experience Bernie is a super nice guy. Repairs did take a while but we were told when dropping it off it would be two weeks before anyone could look at it. Took Bernie is a super nice guy. Repairs did take a while but we were told when dropping it off it would be two weeks before anyone could look at it. Took another two weeks after that to get issues ironed out. I was kept informed the whole way through. They do need to look at the phone system though. When transferring to extensions it hangs up if no one answers. Growing pains I’m sure as they just remodeled store. More
