Basic service, oil change We had a basic service, check point inspection, and oil and filter change, and tire pressure check. We were at the dealership for no more than 45 minu We had a basic service, check point inspection, and oil and filter change, and tire pressure check. We were at the dealership for no more than 45 minutes from check in which was handled professionally and courteously by Tage, to his taking care of our paperwork. We arrived around 5:10 pm and were on our way by 5:55 pm with our car serviced and washed which by the way was a nice touch as this is the first dealership that provided a car wash with service. Quick, Easy, & Professional Repair I called the dealership at 9:30 a.m. and explained what the problem was. The lady told me they were aware of this particular issue and that I could b I called the dealership at 9:30 a.m. and explained what the problem was. The lady told me they were aware of this particular issue and that I could bring it to the dealership anytime. I asked if I could take it there immediately, and she said yes. I was there by 10:15, and the car was repaired by 11:30. While I waited, I had a free cappuccino. Everyone was very polite & professional, & it was an overall great experience. More
