Single Worst Dealer Experience Ever They sold me a lemon, then refused to help even after admitting that it was un-fixable. Then refused to give me a receipt for their 'service.' One of their managers told me it wasn't their problem that the car wasn't working correctly. Horrible, horrible place. ...and their 'free' oil changes take over 2 hours, which to me is more expensive than actually paying for it (which I do). The absolute worst. More
Above And Beyond The Call Of Duty Quite the unusual people my wife and I are. Upon arrival at Brandon Honda we forwarned the courteous sales person Tiffany, that we had a loyalty bond Quite the unusual people my wife and I are. Upon arrival at Brandon Honda we forwarned the courteous sales person Tiffany, that we had a loyalty bond with our salesperson at Regal Honda in Lakeland, where we reside. Regal did not presently have used inventory for to immediately meet our need. And we made it clear that prior to any deal with Brandon Honda, that we would make a courtesy call to Regal Honda to see if they would guarantee greater satisfaction. Brandon's Tiffany proceeded to listen attentively to our requirements, and found a great car for us on the property. The appraisal/offer on our 2017 trade was mush less than we hoped, no surprise there. We understand that the dealers have to turn around a trade-in and sell for at least a reasonable margin, all understood. We wanted to end our discussions right then and there. But Tiffany was incredible and persuaded to be a little patient she went away to speak with her management. Subsequently, she introduced us to her manager who was also very polite and patient with us. Together, Tiffany and her manager crafted the deal of deals involving the way above market value offer on another 2004 car we had in the wings which had over 340K miles, just to make the deal work. Then upon request, they threw in new front tires and had already guaranteed a lifetime powertrain warranty. Walking away from this deal was one of the hardest things we have ever done. But the phone call from our Regal rep just before we accepted the Brandon deal required us to dig down deep and honor a commitment we had made. Fine people like Tiffany should always be rewarded for their professionalism, kindness and great personality. We feel that we made the right decision to stick by our Regal dealership and rep. But the next time we need a vehicle, we will try Brandon again, if they will have us. However, we will tell Regal to speak first of hold their peace before we visit Brandon. Because the next time Brandon puts that kind of deal in front us, we are going to pounce all over it. And if she will even talk to us, Tiffany at Brandon Honda will be our "must go to" sales person. By the way, we bought a new car from Regal that night and got what we believe to be a super deal. More
Best Dealership experience ever I am so happy that I have the opportunity to do a review of Brandon Honda and its employees, because my experience there, instead of being nerve racki I am so happy that I have the opportunity to do a review of Brandon Honda and its employees, because my experience there, instead of being nerve racking and having to negotiate and deal with dishonest salesmen, it was more like Christmas morning where you received the present you had prayed for. Our Prius died Friday night and Saturday morning we went to the Port Richie Honda dealer where we had a horrible experience. A couple hours later, we arrived at Brandon Honda, and by the end of the day, we had purchased our new Honda Civic. Our experience was better than we could ever had imagined. As we walked in, the place just looked different than any other dealership we had ever been to. By that, I mean that the whole atmosphere was one of joy and wellbeing; the place was booming with business, and we were greeted by smiling employees, who not only helped us, but also helped each other achieve their goals and patted each other on the back. Everyone, was helpful, kind, patient, and soon, our sales man, Quincy, was taking us out on a test run. Quincy was unbelievable. He spent an enormous amount of time with us, and showed us everything that could be shown about our car. I kept telling him, that because he was so trustworthy, I felt that instead of buying a car, it was as if we were visiting family: and I did. Not only did Quincy educate and make our experience one we'll never forget, but his attention to detail, made management and the whole dealership look good. I lack the eloquent vocabulary with which to recommend Quincy, Brandon Honda, and its employees and management. Our experience was something that we'll be talking about with family, friends, and everyone we meet who is in the market for a car. Thank you, Quincy, Brandon staff and management.
