I have been driving Hondas for about 15 years now, I have been to Tampa Honda and Wesley Chapel Honda. Brandon Honda is the only location I recommend to friends and family. I had multiple experiences with seemingly unscrupulous people at this dealership. I can’t say anything bad about my salesperson but I did catch people lying to me, the finance guy relentlessly pushed an e people at this dealership. I can’t say anything bad about my salesperson but I did catch people lying to me, the finance guy relentlessly pushed an extended warranty on me even after I said no numerous times he continued to pressure me and shame me, he told me I needed it for free tires he said all I have to do is place screws or nails in the irreparable location of the tire where the tread meets the sidewall and take it to any tire shop and get a free new tire, repeat that and get all free tires. He told me to lie and was contemptuous towards me when I became disturbed with his advice. Fast forward one day I get a flat tire on my new car. The cause; two pocket knife-sized clean incisions in the exact location he told me to insert screws or nails. I can’t prove he or someone at the dealership did this but it’s so coincidental it’s not in the range of statistical possibility. I refuse to ever go back to that dealership. I don’t trust anyone there now. The relationship manager also seemingly intentionally scratched the hood of my car dragging a bow off the front of it I didn't ask her to put on it. I can’t proved her intention either but no one was in a hurry to help me when I called and reported it. I paid to get myself a new tire and I told the dealership about my interactions, but I doubt anything will come of it. My advice; stay away from this place, if you really want a car there, listen to your intuition about people, know what you want, hold the line, read the small print make sure the finance paperwork has the right numbers, and trust no one there. Remember that you are no one to them just another sale. God speed. More
