When I initially got my first lease here, I was very satisfied. Hassan, took wonderful care of me. Got me into a vehicle that was affordable and had my best interest the entire time. However, a year into my lease I was contacted by a younger sales rep by the name of Brandon, who pulled sales tactics to convince me that I needed to get out of my lease or would be fined $8000. He had me come in just to look at some numbers, and before I knew it I was being pressured by he and another manager to get out of my affordable lease and into an over priced leased vehicle. I expressed countless times I could not afford this but he and the other manager continued to insists that I take the car home today. I kept telling them I need to leave, please let me me leave I will come back later with a decision and they would not stop with the aggressive sales tactics. I was rushed into a back room to sign papers. It wasnt even until I was signing papers that I was aware that it wasnt another lease but a finance, and at no point was i ever told any percentages, or interests, not even the full price of the car. I was ignored when pointing on rust on the cars trim and brakes. As well as NOBODY told me the amount from my lease would be added to the finance. I am paying double for a car. I could have went and got a Mustang at the price I am paying. I was just rushed to the back to sign paperwork. We skipped several processes in the deal and they said it was a "special case" to get me to the back to sign as soon as possible. If surveillance can be reviewed from that day, you can clearly see I was in distress and actively trying to leave. I was chased out the door and pressured to sign for this car. As a young female, I was targeted and preyed on by your viscous sales men and their aggressive sales tactics. This practice is DISGUSTING. I adore Honda as a vehicle brand but this whole experience has turned my stomach so sour, I would NEVER recommend another Honda to anyone. I would gladly refer people to places like Toyota, or KIA, where I had a sales man who expressed nothing but empathy having a daughter my age. These men should be apprehended or FIRED for their disgusting tactics and it is sad that you have such characters as the front of line face of your company. I am 23 years old, single, and pregnant with Twins due in September. I cannot afford this car and it now finding out I am in deeper turmoil with this car than I thought because NOTHING can be done to get me out of this car without being in severe debt and/or out of car. I AM STUCK. Brandon Honda, you have ruined my life, and set me and my children up for a life of poverty. Thank you for that. Pulling me out of my lease premature, and pressuring me to get something I expressed I did not want and could not afford after agreeing to just LOOK at numbers was completely unethical, and you all should be ashamed to carry that as a company. Honda was my very first car, I've had an 02 accord as my first, a 97 accord, and a 03 accord. I would've recommended this car for the rest of my life to anyone I know and I now I can no longer say the same. I am deeply disheartened and disappointed in this company. More
