A/C was not blowing cold air and its August. Made an appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Had an appointment for service and got emails acknowledging it. It still took them more than a half hour to check me in once I arrived. Went into Brandon Honda after finding a Tacoma on their website and I was met by the greatest salesman Yousef Yousef.
