Not only I have a fair price on the 2016 Honda Accord touring, I have a very good impression of the honesty, promptly respond, the friendliness, and the patience of people I dealt with on the phone like Ms Priscila Prates, Mohamed Essa or Ron Wright. On the day I got my new Honda, Mr Mohamed Essa was very patient and very kind and polite to show us every feature and functions loaded in the car. He even performed by showing us how to handle the car and how the car can handle in different situations with his driving experience. I am very impressed with his knowledges about cars, working hard with his job, serve well to customers with his soft voice and beautiful smile. ( I like his smile a lot! ) I didn't have a chance to see Ms Priscila Prates (only by phone), but I believe she would be wonderful, too! More

I have had expe I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic SE this morning. I worked with Lucy Conrado and Tony Lara. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. I have had experiences in the past in which a dealership would promise me one thing on the phone and then change the deal when I arrived. This was not the case here. I came in and test drove the car and Lucy was very helpful and answered all my questions, but never pressured me into a purchase. When I emailed questions and called the next morning, Tony was prompt in responding and after we negotiated a price on the phone, he honored it when I arrived back to finalize the purchase. After making the purchase, Lucy took her time showing me the car's features and making sure I was happy with everything. This is the first time I can say purchasing a car was a pleasant experience and I was happy not to have to deal with the deceptive or manipulative practices I've dealt with in the past at other dealers. Both employees seemed sincerely concerned that we left happy. More
