Rosanna was amazing, however everything else that could go wrong did. Sales Manager was horrible the first time I went there, there other one Medi was good. They gave me a price that was almost $10k over t go wrong did. Sales Manager was horrible the first time I went there, there other one Medi was good. They gave me a price that was almost $10k over the listing and when i bucked it dropped over $4k. I felt like it was just shady the way everything was added onto the price of the car, but only after you want the car. They only had 1 key for the car and it wasn't their problem. Finance guy told me that they didn't work with my bank and then I told him 5 other people said they did in that location, then he said sorry I've only been here 2 weeks. He told me that my interest rate was going to be over 16% from Capital one, even after i told him my bank was half of that. Nobody helped me setup the infotainment system with hyundai, that was also my problem. I spent hours waiting around in-between talking to different people. I was happy to get a car i really liked but I dont think I would return there aside from needing to do maintenance there to keep coverage. More
