On March 28, 2026, I saw a car on Brandon Honda that I liked. I contacted Mr. Brody Raeke at Brandon Honda and I told him I was interested in vehicle. He told me the vehicle was in good condition, no ma liked. I contacted Mr. Brody Raeke at Brandon Honda and I told him I was interested in vehicle. He told me the vehicle was in good condition, no major flaws. The price was listed online for base price of $27, 437.59. I told him i was waiting for some money and would get back with him. On April 3, 2026, I saw that the price went down on same vehicle (2024 Mitsubishi Outlander) for base price of $24,554 on their website. I told Mr. Raeke that I was ready to purchase the car but wanted the lower price. Mr. Raeke told me that I would need to speak to the manager handling the purchase to see what he would say. I then spoke to the manager (I can't remember his name) and he told me he couldn't give the new price of $24,554 because the price went down on the car because the car technically was being sold to me already. I told him how can it be sold to me if i haven't even done a contract. He just told me to this so I wouldn't continue asking about the price. I just wanted the car and decided to pay the amount they were asking for of base price of $27,437.59 plus tax, etc. I bought the car without being present but I trusted Mr. Roeke and staff that the car was in good condition like they told me. I paid a shipping company to pick up the vehicle at Brandon Honda on April 13, 2026. The shipping company completed a form stating that there was damage to the drivers side mirror. The vehicle arrived in Arizona on April 16, 2026 and in fact there was damage to the drivers side mirror. I have contacted Mr. Brody Roake and the manager and have not responded. I am still waiting on my title and asked for them to extend my temporary registration that they gave me and I haven't heard from them either. What kind of business are they running that they can't even respond to my texts. Today is May 7, 2026 and I have not heard anything back yet. I will continue texting and calling them. I wouldn't buy from them again!! More

Brody was great. I inquired about a car I seen online. He had it ready once I arrived. We went on a test drive, got the numbers and it was smooth sailing from there. I did not have the best experience at this dealership. My husband and I were searching for a larger vehicle for our growing family and noticed a good deal online for a used Honda Pilot. I reached out on Sunday, November 30th for more information. We received a call from Brody, who invited us to come in and view the vehicle. I explained that we live in Clearwater and it would take 30–40 minutes to get there, but that we were interested as long as the car was still available. He told us to come in. My parents offered to watch our two young children, so we headed to the dealership. While on our way, Emad called to ask how far out we were. I told him we were still about 30 minutes away and directly asked whether the vehicle was available. He informed us that someone in the showroom was looking at it and another person had an appointment to see it that day, but did not mention that it was unavailable. Upon arrival, we were told the car had actually been sold earlier in the weekend. At that point, it was clear that we had been misled simply to get us through the door. Nathan Redford, the sales manager, then came to speak with me. When I expressed my frustration, his responses felt dismissive and unhelpful. I explained that it would have been one thing if the vehicle had sold that day, but it was unacceptable to provide inaccurate information just to secure a visit. We did look at another vehicle while we were there, one priced about $12,000 higher. I shared my monthly payment expectations with Emad, and when Nathan returned to speak with us again, one of his comments was, “We are working with you; you need to try and work with us.” I found this extremely frustrating, as we had already increased our budget significantly and invested time in test-driving additional vehicles. We did end up purchasing a car. I want to highlight that Emad, the salesperson, and John Ortiz, the finance representative, were both excellent. John made the financing process smooth and straightforward. They are the primary reasons I would rate this dealership three stars rather than lower. Overall, I feel that we were misled about the availability of the Honda Pilot, and that aspect of the experience left a very negative impression. I would gladly work with Emad and John again; however, I would strongly recommend avoiding any involvement with Nathan, the sales manager. His approach felt disingenuous, and if he is still employed there when we purchase our next vehicle, I will ensure he is not part of the process. More
