He told us a quote over the phone and via text and then decided when we were almost at the dealership for our scheduled appointment to buy the car to text us that he could no longer keep the quote he provided. We spoke to Brandon Honda Management when we got there and they were able to confirm the quote we were given and honored the price. I give this team a lot of credit for doing this since we drove an hour in traffic to Brandon to buy this car. All and all we walked out with an amazing deal and good experience except for the sales manager Ryan who definitely needs some training on customer service. More
